Kettler Limited Warranty
There are no warranties, express or implied, made by either the distributor or the manufacturer on Kettler products, except the manufacturer’s limited warranty against defects in, material set out below: The KETTLER Limited Warranty applies to products sold through the KETTLER Authorized Dealer Network to the original retail purchaser and authenticated by proof of purchase. The Kettler Limited Warranty is a manufacturer’s Warranty and is not changed or modified by additional warranties extended by individual retailers at the point of sale. Manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in material at the time of the products tender of delivery for a period as listed above. The Limited Warranty is non transferable, is restricted to parts only, and does not cover normal wear and tear. The liability of the manufacturer under this Limited Warranty shall not include any liability for direct, indirect, or inconsequential damages resulting from the defect. The Limited Warranty is void is void if the product is damaged by accident, unreasonable use or force, improper handling or service, failure to follow instructions provided, modified from is original state, or other causes determined not arising out of defects in immaterial within the warranty period.

We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

Excellent product. Well built, durable and great features. Completely different than what's currently on the market as far as PVC patio furniture. German made, what can I tell you.
Service and delivery comments:
Overall I'm happy that I finally received the product. The unusual delay (3 weeks) was due to warehouse's staff who most likely mixed up the product, SKU # and paperwork.
I had to go through three different customer service associates and explain the situation in detail regarding the mix-up with the delivery.
It was dissapointing that I, as the client, had to follow up several times on my order.
To top it all, the table was finally sent via Yellow carrier who wouldn't deliver it to my house unless there was someone home to help the driver!! Well, my wife is with child and my two little kids were in school, so I had to take a day off and drive to Yellow's warehouse and pick up the table myself in my own car. Because it was an oversized item I had to strip it out of the cartons and shoe-horn it into my car!
I humbly suggest that, a more efficient coordination between customer service, warehouse and delivery carrier, would definitely yield better results and happier customers.
