Many preschoolers (3-5 years old) still enjoy riding on

Pedal Toys, provide much-needed physical exercise. At this age, children can
pedal and have the coordination to use a steering wheel or handlebar.
Tricycles

four-wheeled vehicles are recommended. At age four or five, children can
start to use a
bicycle.
A preschooler age 3 onward can move and handle a slow moving
battery powered
ride on toy. Ideal motorized child ride on toys for this age group are ones which look like the real thing.

Children at this age have better balance and coordination, and are more responsible in that they know what is
safe and what is not.
At this age, children know how to ride a
bicycle without training wheels. They are also usually
interested in new kinds of wheeled vehicles like
scooters and
skateboards and will continue to play with these toys at least until
their teens years.

Children at this age group are very competent in riding
bicycles, and
scooters. Their
bicycles and
scooters may be more sophisticated than the ones they used when younger. They are also
interested in kid ride on toys from name brands and ones which have hand gears for different speeds. Apart from
bicycles and
scooters, these kids are also interested in
more sophisticated
battery powered vehicles.
